At Rorlu, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no surprises at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days. Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched:
🇦🇺 Australia: 4-10 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 4-8 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 4-8 business days
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 4-10 business days
🇺🇸 United States: 4-8 business days
Please note: shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to customs, weather, or peak holiday demand. These are outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Details & Order Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or cancellations. If you notice an error, please contact us at hello@rorlu.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
Delays in Delivery
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, unexpected events such as courier delays, customs holds, or severe weather may impact arrival times. Rorlu is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we’ll always support you in resolving issues as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed to our courier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact both hello@rorlu.com and your courier directly to file a claim. We’ll also follow up with the courier on your behalf. Please note, lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy, but in certain cases we may arrange a replacement.
