Cancellation Policy
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be processing and cannot be adjusted. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded within 7 business days.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
If after 14 days you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it anytime up to 60 days from purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping fees).

Damaged Items
We take care to package every order safely. If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@rorlu.com, including a clear photo of the damage.

Products that are broken or defective will be replaced at no cost to you.

Damaged packaging alone (e.g. a dented box) does not qualify as damage if the product is intact.

We cannot refund or replace items damaged by normal use, misuse, or accidents.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ensure fast delivery, but we cannot be responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors outside our control. We are also not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It’s the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and not corrected within 24 hours, we cannot issue a refund or resend the order.
